ROWA - IN HISTORY AND PRESENCE
In the year 1900 the Swabian entrepreneur, Carl Rothmund, founded a wool breaking and wool wadding manufactory in Aalen-Unterkochen. The broken wool was made for the production of carding-yarns for the cloth industry. After the second world war, ROWA took the advantage of the beginning economical boom and became an important partner to the automotive upholstery and clothing branch with high-quality technical needle-felts. Today ROWA is one of the leading producers of every kind of non-woven products. The needle-felts, spray bonded and thermo bonded fleeces manufactured on the most advanced technological production facilities are demanded in national and international markets.
In a time where industry is confronted with increasingly shorter development cycles and more and more intense price competitions the classical entrepreneur virtues are in demand more than ever. That includes reliability, the effort to achieve top quality and the readiness for innovation. As a traditional company, ROWA consequently uses its leadership in knowledge acquired over decades. Therefore we are able to guarantee continously high-quality at fair prices to our customers. In consequence of close cooperation with the development departments of our business partners, ROWA is in the position to respond promptly to individual requests and demands.
But what value have all these enterprising activities if they have no support by all parties ? Our staff of about 200 employees, among them qualified textile engineers and textile technicians, prove their identification with the targets of the company every day in bringing themselves into action with a huge of engagement and know-how for the development and production of ROWA top products. Long lasting and satisfied business partners confirm that we are on the right way with our philosophy. And in the future we will continue for being a reliable partner to our customers.
